But for absolute positive sure, Chief Joe Dam, Wells Dam, Rocky Reach, and Rock Island, are all the same. Flows change drastically and repeatedly, without any pattern whatsoever. The one predictable pattern, however, is that when the flow stops, so does the bite...regardless of targeted species! Thanks for the Potholes report!
