Not the most useful report but here goes.

The family and I took a day trip to Port Angeles. We had no prior plans of fishing but on the return made a stop at Leland. I only had one rod with a white spinnerbait attached,didn't even have the tacklebox. We arrived a little after 5PM and fished for about 45 minutes to no avail.
Did see a few trout anglers but not sure of their results. We did get a great view of the snow capped Olympic Mountains(I really miss that) This is a nice little lake and I will certainly fish it more this year as the warmer months approach. The report gets a 1 but the trip and beauty of the lake,along with Olympics as a backdrop gets a 5. Looking forward to fishing here again.

Weather was partly sunny and dry and water was fairly smooth.
