I must have been the only guy who didn't get a fish on Saturday, according to the reports. Fished the south part of Mercer Island, used red hooks, fished between 40 & 75 feet, used a size 0 dodger, started at 5:45 AM, fished until 1:00 PM. Saw a lot of fish caught, don't know what I did wrong. I saw a guy fishing in a float tube about 500 yards south of the tip of Mercer Island get hooked by a guy trolling next to him, he thought he got a bite, next thing you know he was flipped over and getting dragged under the water for about 40 feet before the guy in the boat who hooked him heard all of us yelling at him. He was none the worse for the wear, but he was so pissed off that everybody left him to be after ascertaining he was OK. You gotta love this combat fishery, but you have to be aware of those around you.
