Trolled sammamish in front of Issaquah creek. No luck. Stopped to fish for perch on way back at the heron rookery. Used swedish pimple with worm off bottom and cought 2 nice cutts. Released one kept one .

Man what a mouth on that fish. Prior to the spawn I bet that fish was a monster! Love the markings and color, thanks for sharing.

Great looking fish. A male with a fish catching mouth. I caught a 21 incher about a month ago near the mouth of the creek. Mine was in full color, but had not yet spawned. Was about 4 lbs.

That looks more like a Native Cutthroat. It's a shame it perished. nice catch though. Ark- 21inch fish don't get to be 4lbs Maybe 3lbs if it was fat. Sammamish has some pretty trout though.
