Additional Notes:
This was my first time fishing w/ my new 2nd rod endorsement. I started fishing about 7:30am and after 2 hits on the Power Bait, and 5 hits on the jig, I had my 2 fish in an hour. Tried a wally jig up at the bar by the first set of net pens. Then put on a hand made worm harness and bottom bouncer up at the island area. No hits. They may have moved closer to the dam to spawn by now.

Congrats. on the fish Steve. I spent a day there, three weeks ago and caught a six inch trout!
Something to check out though..... be careful on the two rod endorsement thing on Rufus. I had thought that my State License with the endorsement made me good to go. I later found out that you have to buy a seperate endorsement added into your Colville permit when you purchase it. Another angler pointed this out to me because he got a lecture from the tribe while fishing. I did see a section for their endorsement.

If you're in a boat, all you need is your state license and state 2-pole endorsement. You don't need anything from the tribe unless you're fishing from their shoreline.
