Well we headed to tanawx today, got to the launch around 10, parked the truck and trailer and headed staright from the launch and fish on not 5 mins in the water but was a small planter so we released it unharmed, continued trolling straight down the lake hugging about 20 feet from shore, we didn't go another 10 mins and another then another, constant fish hooked and realeased finally we get a nice one about 14 in... then some fat heahtly planters.. Continued trolling and BAM nailed it after a nice fight a 18 1/4 fat bow all in all a great day we ended up getting our limits in about 2 hours a cpl small ones had to be kept because they were bleeder still will taste good on the BBQ...Tight lines and happy hunting for the fish of a lifetime!!
