Just now making the post for last saterday out on panther lk. This Lk is almost a circle and easy to fish but hard to launch a big boat and loading the boat your going to get wet. Fished around the Lk when I had made it to the north end a 4.6 was swimming under the boat with my jig. There were two other bass under the same log that just wouldn't bite. So down the west side to the launch and caught one more at 1.8 I don't take pics unless there over 2.5 so no pic of the dink. The water temp was 55.7-57.4 windy cold with over cast skies. Baits used was a Booyah 3/4 oz Boo jig green pumpkin color with two split tail trailers. The weight of the 3/4 oz makes more sediment come up from the bottom witch gets fish to notice the big cloud as its bounced across the bottom. I use two trailers too make the jig look bigger for bigger fish. I did miss three other fish for the bite was very soft. I added the pic of the jig I use with the two split tail trailers 4 inch - 5 inch green pumpkin pepper color the jig is black green pumpkin. Notice the way I hook the trailers so that they are apart. I also use Mikes crawfish scent. This lure will catch fish just use it like a plastic worm slow bounce across the bottom. You may get bit on the drop so be ready with every cast. HAWGHUNTER.
