Got skunked at Green Lake, so I came here instead. I avoided Pine because I know it is a zoo there on the weekends. I was there for only an hour and didnt have any bites. I fished from the park with the other fisherman. Two guys were catching fish while everyone else had a slow day. Some of the kids caught the pine tree at the shoreline, Skunked twice in the same day, time to go home.

There are only certain spots worth fishing off the bank from that lake if you haven't been there before. The spots that are left open are usually for a reason.

I got into a spot that was open in a crowded shoreline. It was my first time there. Thanks Reindawgs. I saw the spots that produced fish so it wasnt a wasted day.

Rough day sounds like but thanks for the reports. I've had plenty of those days too, lol.

Im trying to decide to go to Beaver or Pine. I havent been to eaither, and it sounds like if I want to avoid crows to Hit Beaver first. Which areas are good for Bank angling?

Hey snoop. The places that I saw people catch fish were the far left under the pine trees and the small point next to a bench with pine tree that has tackle hanging from it. A guy from Pine lake also told me that he catches them from the boat luanch. Hope this helps you catch fish and post a good report.
