Wow, my skunks are adding up. Should have stuck with Chambers, I guess.

Got to Tanwax way early. Had stuff to do and then off to Elma for the Sprint cars, so, on the lake at 5:30a.m. and off shortly after 10:00. My big goal was to catch a Crappie, which I have never done before, but, even with that goal, I fished mostly for bass with plastics, Texas rigged weedless. No takers. Had some pecking at it that felt like a smaller fish, perhaps a perch trying to eat my 7" worm. I did catch a handful of perch while trying for Crappie, but they are a nuisance, at best. No bass, only seen two smallish ones, maybe a pound for one, and a couple pounds on the other. No crappie, again, epic fail.

Now, I doubt the people that this targets will ever come to this site and read this, but:

TO THE GUYS IN THE BIG WHITE WITH BLUE STRIPE FIBERGLASS BOAT (couldn't see what make of boat it was) THAT WAS ON TANWAX ON SATURDAY MORNING, YEAH, THE BOAT WITH THREE GUYS IN IT, THE BOAT THAT WAS USING WOOLY BUGGERS; YOUR VOICE CARRIES EXTREMELY FAR ON WATER, THERE ARE BOATS LITERALLY EVERYWHERE OUT THERE THAT HAVE CHILDREN IN THEM, VERY SMALL CHILDREN. WHEN YOU TALK, AND CUSS, ABOUT 20 BOATS CAN HERE EVERY WORD YOU SAY. NOBODY WANTS TO HAVE A "F'n" BEER WITH YOU AT 8:00a.m., NOBODY CARES THAT YOU ARE "TALKING ON THE F'n PHONE WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF TANAWAX"! PERHAPS TRY TO KEEP YOUR VOICES DOWN OR IF NOT, AT LEAST THE "F" BOMBS THAT WERE IN EVERY SENTENCE, AND YES, EVERY BOAT OUT THERE HEARD AT LEAST 500 SENTENCES FROM YOU THREE GUYS WHICH = AT LEAST 500 F WORDS, WHICH ALL THOSE KIDS HEARD, AS WELL.

I talk with my buddies while fishing, too, but try to stay cognizant of my surroundings and the fact that my voice carries like 10 times further while on water. I also curse, I am not a goody-two-shoe type of guy, but when a lake is filled with boats, many, many boats, such as today, with woman and children everywhere you look, it is pretty F'n rude and totally uncalled for.
Now that my rant is nearly over, one more thing towards that guy that was yelling on his cell phone: It is TANWAX, not "Tanawax"

lol,some people are just rude.i dont understand why.but yea i was at american lake last year.i was fishing with a buddy of mine.and 2 guys came up and started to fish.witch was fine by me.but the stuff they were talking about.like man wow!!! they were talking like most of us guys do.oh i saw that lady id do her.but they the way they said with cuss words and all.also the other crap they were talking about.drugs ECT while some church baptism thing was going.lol man we left we didnt want to be around those guys plus im almost sure they stole some of my worms.cause i just bought a fresh box.i know there are about 15-20 worms in there so they asked hey do you have a worm i can have i said yea.they way i fish i might only use about 3 worms max in a day.i come back to get another half of a worm lol there was only like 2 left in the box...but idk man some people are just idiots.just gotta live with it..unfortunately
