I troll and if anyone would like to say I am doing something wrong be my guest, I use a 1 ounce cannon ball on a slider, followed by a troll (ford fender, cowbell, kokanee, etc), then about 36" leader followed by a kokanee lure with an e chip ( I know sounds gimmicky but they out fish other lures) then I tip with fire corn. watch the troll drop till just out of sight and fish on (they are almost on the surface) as I said we could not even explore the lake due to constant fishing just in front of the boat launch. as the directions say don't go to the town of oso take settlement road off hwy 9 to lake cavanaugh rd stay right and go aroung the south side of the lake to the boat launch...and take the kids they will have a blast.this is my new favorite lake
