We got to the lake @ 8am & cruised on down to the island. Started trolling the NE side of the lake in about 80 to 100 ft of watrer. We were using leaded line, as I dont have the DR rigged on the boat yet. We were out between two & three colors using red Tripple Teasers. The hits started right away and continued throughout the morning. In all we boated about 20 fish, releasing the small shakers & keeping our limits but we lost that many again part way to the boat. I am anxious to get the DR set up & try it again. It would have been nice if the wind hadn't been blowing so much but that's Whatcom County. This was our first outing in our new (to us) boat & all in all it was a great success with only a couple minor problems to take care of, but the boat catches fish!!

Good job! To many days of fish slime on the deck, well maybe not the deck, fish box, net, etc..
