went to kapowsin with my buddy and rented a boat from ericksons, but didnt have too long to fish but managed to get a few bass in the 12inch range on texas rigged plastics (they seem to like real slow presentation slim to no weight works best) managed to pull a few small rockbass as well. all fish we in close to shore and in about three feet of water. the water deffinately cooled down a lot...

if anyone has anytips on how to pull big bass from cold water when they're lethargic im up to suggestions i normally salmon and steelhead fish. thx

You may want to try senkos with no or little weight, or a small rapala size 5 or 7 pulled very slow. Perch pattern is a winner.

thanks man i was trying every kind of plastics like yum dingers and gulp live minows all the way to lizards and only caught two but i was using a slow presentation with no weight or only a 1/16 oz weight texas rigged but even then the bite wouldnt turn on..... but with those senkos you wacky rig em on dropshots right?

Thats wierd, they didnt take mines. I only had to record the license number and hand it to the guy. I guess thats how they track you down if you damaged the motor or boat.
