I rate this a 5 start fishing day only because i caught my new personal best rainbow trout. Although it was the only fish we caught all day. We got on the water at 10:30 and got off at 3:45. The water temp was 64. We were fishing right in the middle of the lake at 20 feet of water the finder marked many fish but we only hookd into one triploid that went 22 inches and 4 pounds. After catching the fish decided to take the pic on shore once we took the boat in. So threw the fish in the fish basket. Few minutes later the finder was quiet with no fish marked we moved to the other side of the lake, but forgot to bring the fish basket in,looked over and the water had pushed the fish basket open and let the beautiful fish go. That was the only hit all day and have no proof of the fish. The same thing happened to my last personal best and no proof, but overal it was a great day to fish and a better day then being at school on summer vacation. :D

P.S we also saw a few bass swimming around the bank
