Came to this lake to redeem myself from 4 - 8 PM. I got two short strikers on the wedding ring tipped with worm going left from the boat launch. The wedding ring got snagged twice along the western shoreline. The first time was on some rope that was anchored down and the lure was lost completey in the far northern corner the second time. Didnt have any more wedding rings with me, so I went paddeled back to the car to grab some lures.

Went to the left of the boat launch again and started to use Kastmaster spoons and Panther Martin spinners. Didnt even get any hits. Saw a few risers earlier, so lures might of been the right choice. Made it to the northern part of the lake again and still fished. Still no takers. I gave up fishing for the day and started to paddle back to the launch. I kept the still fishing rig in the water the whole time and a bow bit it hard. It was bleeding when I had it in the net. On to the stringer he goes. 1 trout for a total of 7 hours on the float tube. The only plus is my legs getting a good work out.
