I don't like having all that metal on my line. Just a dick nite or triple teaser makes for a good fight and it seems that we catch just as many fish as people with dodgers, flashers or yard and 1/2'ers. I try and troll between 1.0 and 1.8, vary speed and direction. Watch the fish finder for fish and depth, and keep going over an area where the fish are hitting. I think the fish are feeding on the contour lines in the lake, so we troll back and forth across them. They don't seem to hit as well in water over 65' deep right now, but I guess that will change with time of day or as the summer goes on. Thats what we do. If you see a 21' camo alumaweld, say hi, thats us.

The jet ski/skiers are not too bad on weekdays. We use downriggers, so 12# weight. I have also used jet divers (10' and 20' depth) and done ok. As hoot as it is, go early.
