Hit up Stevens again searching for the kokanee. The fish have all been showing on the finder from 40 feet to the bottom and getting them to bite has been a challange. Picked up two very nice keepers, 16 and 17" both at 55' on the DR going 1.5mph with a size 1.5 colorado blade and orange wedding ring tipped with a third of a night crawler and 1 piece of corn on each hook. The fish are few and far between but they are in there. Fished from about 5pm - 9pm. Interested in trying still fishing for those fish holding to the bottom in about 70ft of water.....

Were you using just a wedding ring or did you have a dodger too? Those are nice kokes! Hows the bug problem?

Nice catch. How was fishing out there with all the jet skies and play boaters? It lookied like a beautiful day to be on the water

Pleasure boaters were out in force, just ignore them and enjoy the rocky ride... haha. There was a 0000 Dodger on one setup and a Sling Blade on the other, 1 fish off each rod. Bug problem?

Yeah, all the little wart worm slimy bugs that are latched onto the fish. Were there alot? Just wondering if they are getting better or worse as the fish go deeper.
