Headed out to Badger with two buddy's for some afternoon/evening Largemouth action & we weren't disappointed. From 3:00 to 9:00 we landed 27 Largemouth & lost half again as many. We caught Bass all over the lake, but most coming from under docks(surprise), sunken logs, rock ledges & drop off's. Granted 20 were small, ranging from 8" to 1 lb. The other 7 were better fish; Three (1 3/4 lbers), One (2 lb - 2 oz.), One (2 lb - 9 oz.), One (2 lb -15 oz.), & the largest weighing (4 lbs). We did see (4 - 5) Bass around 3 lbs cruising weed beds in 3-4 ft of water, & saw another suspended under a log. Most fish were caught on 4" & 5" Senko's but we also caught quite a few on salamander's(plastic of course) & crankbaits. We used dark colored plastics; Black, Black/Blue, Purple, Watermelon etc. The cranks we used were Bass pattern Rat-L-Trap's & a (2' - 6') diving/suspending Rapala Perch pattern Slashbait .**All fish released** -WILLIAM-
