7/14/2010 11:49:00 AMthere is no downed tree laying in the water at 125th?? I mean, if there is I haven't even noticed it because you have plenty of room. Are you sure you're not talking about 130th and Meridian? that has always been a funkier launch area.

7/14/2010 3:57:00 PMOh boy, now ya got me thinking....................let's see, 130th would take you a couple blocks north of Haller and right past the south end of Bitter, goin west on 130th. So it must be the 128th & Meridian access I am thinking of. I was told by a elderly gentlemen that the access into the lake was blocked off Meridian due to over growth, and a downed tree laying into the water. I have not been down there to see if some sort of floating device could be squeezed beside the tree and lily pads. Was wondering if you launched there or noticed what that access point looked like? That is a decent fish Quad! Anything larger might have towed you around the lake making you late for work!! Ha

7/14/2010 6:47:00 PMvery nice! i have fished haller a couple times because i used to live just a couple blocks down from it. i ran into a cool dude who let me fish with him in his boat if i helped him unload it. we limited on rainbows earlier this year when the water was still cold but no bass :P
