Those little F7 Flatfish on the outrigger rods really produced today. We pulled 3 off the Bar in 4 passes for the first 2 hours. We also lost 2 to, to the learning curve. Stop and go is the way to long line catch and release. They for the second 2 hours we moved into the indeterminate flat between the Bar and Rocky Point. Not may fish on the sonar, but 7 more fish to the boat in 2 hours plus one more that pulled off. Ended with 10 for a really nice morning gig. That flat produced most of the fish in the 200' to 220' water. 1.3 to 1.4 mph was really the ticket. It was a glorious morning with very mild temperatures and a just perfect light breeze after blowing hard all night long! The Naylor / Steinhauer reunion will be eating off the Barbecue today! Max (11) and Ryan (8) Steinhauer really slaughtered 'em!
