Took my son to Fish Lake in Leavenworth. Trolled a wedding ring behind gang flashers tipped with night crawler on one rod and couldn't keep the trout off. Had a second rod with a small hotshot in dark green and brown colors and that did really good to. After a while we stopped using any worm so we could C&R. Fished from 10am to 1pm and caught more than 25 trout. Saw one 5 pound trip caught on a fly too! Went back out about 5pm and fished to 6:30. C&R another 15 or so. All were 8 to 10 inches and one 12. Small to average size but still fun to catch. Sorry no photos. The lake had a huge algae bloom. Gross looking but it didn't seem to affect the fishing. We kept 6 fish that we caught with bait and released all others.
Can't wait to try Ice Fishing on this lake later this year.
