I have been checking Fish lake almost every day to see what the water level was doing. When I checked it today I decided that I might be able to fish it. The water level was still high but I decided with waders it could be fished. The problem being that I didn't have waders. After thinking about it for a while I decided that I could fish it like I used to fish streams, just walk on out in knee deep water and fish, who needs waders!

I arrived at the lake a little after 1 pm and waded out far enough to get my half night crawler out past the second drop off. Within 20 min I had a nice fat rainbow. Things went dead for a bit with only a small bass and cutthroat lost within the next hour. That's when I decided to stay out wading instead of brining my rod back to shore. Once I did that I caught 2 more nice rainbow's, a cutthroat, and what I think is a cuttbow (not sure as I'm not familiar with these, but it looked like a rainbow, but had a little orange under the jaw like a cut). I left with a limit for the smoker and in time for dinner with the girlfriend.

I know the pic is bad, but if anyone can shed some light on what the single fish is it would be of great help, or at least give me some insight on how to tell a cutbow.
