12/20/2010 9:15:00 PMI was using a size 10 black Fiskas jig with a waxie primarily, and an Atomic Nuggie the other times in chartreuse or white. Ya we're going to try to hunt a few days at Sunnyside. My friend's parents own a bunch of asparagus around there that hold some birds.

12/20/2010 10:42:00 PMAaron. Make sure to hit the Sunnyside wildlife area just north of Mabton while you are here. My Lab "Doc" and I have bagged 8 Roosters in the Ivy Landing area off of Emerald road so far and just North of Mc Gee rd. there is a killer Quail spot with 5 or so different coveys of top knots in there on any given day. Thanks for the info on the jigs. Winter panfishing is the ultimate for me with drilling holes thru the hard water being the perfect way to pass the winter doldrums away till springtime. Jiggy
