Today I had the Pleasure again to fish with Lewis Leonard out on Lake Chelan..We both were on a Mission to find Walter today above the Yacht Club in the Deep Water.. We started pulling the T-4 Flatfish in Purple Firetiger Flatfish By Yakima Bait Company..First fish hooked tipped the Scale at 10lbs. 8 oz.. Nice start to the Day but we actually were after 1 bigger today..

We spent 2 more hours hammering away at the ledges in the Abyss but not even so much as a Little Fish..Decided to change it up with pulling the Ace Hi-fly on 2 rods and leave the flatfish on 1 rod..as we trolled along the Yacht Club, Lewis hooks up again on a nice Laketrout..this fish ended up being over 7 lbs. on the Flatfish. Still nothing on the Ace Hi-fly which has been my Staple Bait for all of January..I was more than Shocked!!!!

Decided to change locations and Fish the Lower Basin. Upon arrival we had a stiff Breeze coming out of the SE which was cold!!! But as soon as we got our Ace Hi-Fly down to the bottom we started catching...fished here for 40 minutes and boated 4 Respectable Lakers..Thanks again to the Legendary Lewis for fishing with me today..Tight lines to all and be safe...
