Brother inlaw, a friend of ours and myself went out to Offut Lake to get some much needed fishing time in, being how all three of us havent had a chance to fish much due to work. The day was looking like it was going to be a nice day out, as the Sun was out and no clouds. We got out on the water about 830, the first 10 minutes the brother inlaw landed two nice ones, about 14''-16'' each, about a hour later our freind landed one but lost it as it got to the boat, other then about 4 bites for me that was it for the day as the weather got really windy all day till we left at 3:00. A few people on the dock was fishing, seen a couple with fish, other boats out trolling but didnt see much action from them as well. Im giveing it a 3 due to the fact that we was able to go out and relaxe and enjoy the outdoors even if it was a very chilly wind that made it a hard day to be out lol. We will be back soon as this is one of our fav lakes to hit. Fish On!
