Went on our annual fishing trip to Jameson Lake and fished both Friday and Saturday. Friday was overcast, and then turned to sun. Saturday was raining, turned to showers, turned back to rain. Both days the fishing was really good. I was prepared with my assortment of Powerbait since that has been the method of choice for the last couple years. We all tried that and it was slow. After a while, my friend started throwing a spoon from shore and that’s when the fish really came alive. It seemed that out of the four of us, one of us was always getting a bite or hooking. Realistically it was maybe every 10 casts you’d get a fish on. The fish were good and fat this year.

Overall, both days of fishing were good and all four of us limited out both days. See pics below.
