I heard the perch where biting pretty good so i went down to boathouse to give a go. I was fishing 2 rods (i bought the endorsment). one was a slip bobber set to 8 feet to target rainbows. It was a off and on bite all day. Took six hours to get a limit, the biggest was 13.5" and the rest around 11". As for the perch i tried laying a worm off the bottom, hanging it straight down just above the bottom, and finally a second slip bobber set about 30 feet deep & casting about ten feet off the dock (which finally produced a few). i ended up with 6 perch around 8". It looks like they might've just finished the spawn as none of the perch i caught had any signs of eggs in them and they where really sluggish. i fished from 6am til Noon.
