I was on the water at 4:25 PM and at 4:30 I hooked into a beautiful 18 lb steelhead (wild.) TALK ABOUT THE WORLD'S BEST LUCK ! He was fresh and clean and full of life... "Released of course"... He put up a very nice fight too. I was trolling a #5 blade Vibrax-made by Blue Fox.... I repaint them in my own secret color... O.K. for all of you guys that are going to e-mail me and ask what my secret color is-- I'll tell you here -- run down to your local hardware store and buy a can of Krylon Flat Fluorescent Green.... Spray it liberally over the vibrax and while it's drying add "siberian salmon egg milk"... just squirt some on to the lure... this will take about a day and a half to dry... (it is a little sticky at first but will dry) .... Have fun ! I think that the bite has started... Trout is the mortal enemy-Fish till ya drop !
