Went and took my son fishing to this great lake, once we arrive at the lake we noticed 2 game wardens, I was thinking to myself its about time!! well as we walk along the shore to our favorite fishing spot, we seen this guy probably was about 22, and he was in hand cuffs, mind you now that this is a kids lake ages 15 and under not 15 and above. so I ask what happen and he said man the game wardens aint playing around they mean business, I said good, I'm tired of seeing adults fishing this lake and catching all these big trout in here that are supposed to be for the kids, so we keep walking down and the game warden has got 6 other adults, he takes them all to his truck and gives them all $300.00 fines and takes all there fishing stuff. I am not sad at all for these guys if u fish a lake u should take the time and read the Washington state regulations before heading out to that lake , and then later on saying that you don't know the rules on that lake, no excuse. the regs are free. To end this story, my son pulled out a nice 6lb trout on power bait. good day of fishing and some people that wont come back to the lake hopefully.
