This Morning went to Pine Lake and got to the dock only to find the top of my pole broken. So I ran to the store got a Eagle Claw rod and reel combo. Went back to find 2 other people fishing 1 guy was fishing for trout the other fishing for perch. I riged up with a basic setup. I used a egg weight above the snap swivel then down to the hook where i put a power egg on top of the hook then had power bait at the bottom.

At about 8:30 started fishing. fish jumping everywhere. after 15 min of fishing had a big big bite i thought the rod was going to brake. At about 9:30 another bite then 5 min bite just couldnt set the hook. Then another 5 min FISH ON! got a nice 11-12in bow my mom was there watching me fish along with my sisters they were frickin out. got my bait back on and started fishing it was 10am about the time i started fishing agian 10 min later bite 5min bite we had to get home to cut up the fish im going to smoke the fish yum!
