On the lake around 6pm, fished till dark. Caught the first little guy on a junebug jig from under a log. My buddy caught four, one on a black and blue jig, and the others dropshotting sniper snubs. He totally stole the big fish of the day from me, I called out a school of baitfish and started casting to it with a spinnerbait. Well when I didnt get a bite I said "I wonder what they are runnin' from"... on cue he said "That!", as he reeled in the one in the picture on his dropshot! After that I got another small one on a zara spook. All in all a good night with 6 fish in the boat. Lost a few too (on the spook, a spinnerbait and the jig) so the bite was pretty consistent. I also had my first two attacks on my frog! I missed both but still exciting! Tight Lines!
