9/30/2011 5:18:00 AMThat sounds like a slow morning. I am no means an expert, however, I was using a UV Pink Mini Shrimp tipped with white shoepeg corn and/or green gulp maggots. I got my limit yesterday within one hour. You can pick up a mini shrimp lure at the boat house, they come pre-tied (6-8inch leader). I use mine behind a 4.5 inch slingblade dodger, uv pink. Trolled 24-29 ft deep in 58-65ft total depth. 32ft behind the boat. Area was west of Silcox Island and in front of the VA.. Fish were all 13-14 inches, and real thick.
