Ran to the lake at Noon to see if time of day made a difference at the moment. Nope. Same crank bait pulled in a 2.5# LMB 14" long. Fun on 2# line and the ultralight. Caught 4 other smaller bass, on plastics, and a spinner (they kept hitting the spinner short). All from the shore. I'd love to toss a float tube or small boat in there!!

Nice fish, how is the weed level there? Apparently clean enough to throw a crankbait, last time I was there I was pulling a topwater through weeds haha.

It's still bad, casting parallel to shore is about the only option, the weed tops are 8-14" below the surface.

Questions about the lake. I didn't see it in my Washington Fishing book by Terry Rudnick. Is the lake private? Does it have a public boat launch? And how large is it? I found it on google search and see it is in Duvall. I fish in Monroe or Lake Stevens for bass and could use another new spot to try. Thanks James

It's not private, but there isn't much more than a tiny park as far as access goes. You could put in a car topper, I suppose. It's little. With enough lead, I bet you could cast shore to shore :-)
