Well.. I'd have to say that saturday was the best day of trout fishing I have ever experienced. We fished at Mar Don Resort from 10:30 am to 4 pm, and our group of four managed to land 14 trout! All fish were 18- 23 inches. There literally was not a break the entire time of fishing with people landing fish, losing fish, or getting bites. Powerbait was the key with a few taken on worms. At 9 pm, my friend and I decided to fish on the dock and see if we could fill the rest of our limits for the day. By 11 pm we had 6 more and called it a day! Never have either me or my dad seen fishing this hot here!

The highlight of the day was watching the family fishing next to us land a 5 pounder on a 2 foot long barbie pole! The little girl couldnt belive the fish that she just reeled in on her tiny little pole! They ended with 2 fish and lost one at the bank.
