Well, Brian and Jeff were kind enough to let me drive the boat while they zeroed in on the fish up above the Yacht Club. We pulled a combination of Mack's Cha Cha Squidders, Ace Hi Flies and 4" glow tubes with a Crazy 8 Action Head in front. Everything caught fish, but the Cha Cha performed best.

As always we worked tight to the bottom. Speeds of 1.1 to 1.4 mph seemed most productive. Depths from 250 to 340 feet all produced fish. Jeff's ledge at 326 feet was the hottest spot. We fished for about 3.5 hours until Jeff got the big fish, just a couple ounces shy of 11 pounds.
