If you want your video on a report you need to create a YouTube account and upload it there and then include the embed code in your report.
As for your password, you must go to the logon screen and request that a new password be sent to your email, and make sure to click on the activation link in that email or the new password will not work.

5/3/2012 2:07:00 PMI take it all back. I looked at your account and you have AOL as your email provider. AOL, for reasons unknown to us, refuses to deliver any email to an AOL user from our domain.This will make resetting your password very difficult. Use the contact form I mentioned above and we'll TRY to get things worked out, but our responses to your email account will likely be returned as undeliverable, and our responses from our personal email accounts will likely get blocked because you don't have our addresses added to your allowed sender list. Give it a try though.
