All I have to say is wow! The wife wanted to go fishing up to Loon for mothers day, so up to loon we went, we also had our younger 18 yr old son with us which is a rare site, but he had a blast! Finally got on the water around 2:00 and headed over to the northeast flats for some pre spawn bassin action. Finished up the evening hitting the docks on the northeast side of the lake, total fish in the boat was 20-25 fish between the 3 of us! I used a black and blue Jig n craw, then switched to a 8" watermelon red flake zoom lizard around the docks. The wife used a watermelon red flake zoom trick worm around the docks and she ended up with the big fish of the day, Happy Mothers day honey! She had a blast too! I almost matched her catch with one about the same size as her's but lost her at the side of the boat, urggg! What a great day of fishing!
