Saturday:Me, my dad and my grandpa went fishing at clear lake. we got there at 8:30 am. Was getting a lot of bites at first, but me and my grandpa couldn't captitalize. My dad caught his limit of 5 planters by 5:30. On the way home I asked my dad if we could fish at Tims pond. Casted green powereggs with smell jelly shrimp oil on it and with in 15 minutes: BOOM! The biggest fish i have ever had on. It took 10 minutes to get in on my 6 pound line and leader. WOOHOO! It was the most exciting moment in my life. It made about 5 runs. The fish was a 7.5 lb 23" rainbow.(1st pic)
Sunday: We got there about 6:30. Within 5 minutes I had a huge, crazy fighter on. It was 7 lbs and 24".(2nd pic) 15 minutes later there was another 19.5" 5 lb rainbow on. I took the 7lb fish for a family bbq, and it was delicious.
