6/28/2012 11:48:00 AMSt. Claire does have some hawgs. Unfortunately, hooking up with one can be tough. Though I catch alot of bass there, its been awhile since I've caught a four lber or better. I've personally caught an 8-7 there, and a friend caught an 8-3 there the previous year. Three or four years ago there was a picture in the Tacoma Tribune of a man holding a 10-3 caught there. I was fishing St. Claire the same day as you, but was off the lake by 2:30. Sure alot of people at the launch when I loaded up. By the way, what was the weight of your bass?
