Launched from cedar river with "So's Your Face". Thankfully a bit less of a crowd this time to watch but just as successful. Paddled out from under the bridge and threw the trolling motor on. I ran across the south end a couple times trying a few different lures to see if I could find any trout. Unfortunately dont have enough motor to get up further north. No bites, though did see a big beautiful sockeye jump just a couple feet from the boat. Really choppy nasty windy weather, but all things considered not too bad a day on the lake, I still got home dry. Got in around 6a fought the lake for 5 hrs before calling a day, maybe one day I'll learn to pickup some worms to see how big a perch I can pull out. Hope the bassin guys I passed on the way in had better luck.
