8/8/2012 9:13:00 AMThank you. If you saw a boat out in the middle of the lake across from the North Park boat launch, that was me. I moved out there around seven, and stayed there till after ten. Weather wise, today is a carbon copy of yesterday. Wish I could be out there.

8/9/2012 1:16:00 PMKnow absolutely nothing about tiger musky. As far as smallmouth, this time of the year, find drop offs. (Hope you have a graph recorder.) Whether they be somewhere off a shoreline, or a point, ridge, or underwater island, thats where to look. You can always find the dink smallmouth shallow. But the bigger ones are now out on these drops in 18 plus feet of water. And, as the summer goes on into fall they will move even deeper. But always off steep drops in bottom depth. At these depth they will congrigate around stumps and rocky bottoms. There are many such places around the lake. Drop shot and Carolina rigs are always good when fishing deep water. And, whenever in doubt, go green. Hope that helps.
