From your tube, you could fish perch.... you could plant yourself 40' off of docks and oitch bass gear at the docks. You could go to the Sammamish slough and either work it from shore....or read the last report from the Sammamish river, i.e. Redmond, and fish the slough with flies under a water bobber, spinner, (Artic fox) etc. lotd of options.
