took my girlfriend, her mom, and younger brother out to the lake for her moms bday. the weather was warm but the wind was whipping bad, white caps at 915. despite that we started for perch so everyone could at least catch something. i couldnt keep the pontoon boat in one place long enought to get the the bottom, so trout fishing it is. the catch

her brother - first time fishing in 10 years, was getting bites but was having problems getting a hookset. 0 fish
her mom - also been 10 year, got her 2 fish one @8" and the other @ 12"
gf - getting bites like mad but she was on here cell phone so i never told her.... 0 fish
me- 5 rainbows, smallest at 7" biggest 13"

(we were all using the same bait)


we were only on the lake for a little over 2 hours before the wind became unbarable
