Fished log-boom park 2 days in a row for perch,I haven't tried fishing for perch before so 1st day was a bit challenging cause I have no clue on what I was doing my set up was for trout with a foot and half as leader with worms.start to wonder how those father and son next to me was fish them like crazy, so my guts telling me to ask,so I did,they where just using worms on a jig with that artificial thing on it that they bought for pan fishing.it happen that I have a jig head on my box so I tied it up put just worm in it and then bamm I was fishing, caught maybe more than 15,in bout two hours I was on fishing mode.all catch and release not very big ones but it was fun,the biggest one is about 4inches.the second day start slow then picked up about half hour later.great and its fun fishing for these perch.ill be back for more...
