Went to st. Clair to help in laws with the christmas tree,so after the hard work went to the boat launch and fished for three hours,theres two people fishing off shore and one boat in the water.landed two good size rainbow,the first one came in bout 30 min. wait,it was heavy 14 incher,the second one come in after an hour or so,as soon as my bait landed in the water maybe 5 seconds and fish is on i didnt even get my self ready that i drop my satsumas that i was eating, fish caught me by suprise.then after that fishing died wind started to pick up and it gets so cold,one by one fishermens started packing up and went home,one guy offer me his only catch of the day,i didnt say no.im the last man standing till i too call it quit.nice day thow no rain,good to get that skunk off my shoulder from chasing my first steeles.good luck everyone.and have a merry christmas.
