Starting to see a pattern and I don't like it! Was able to take a bass fishing rookie out on the water today and go over some techniques and discuss bass fishing in general, that was awesome! Beats doing it via email! Showing up to the start of an algae bloom and only seeing 2 fish cruising the shallows that quickly disappeared stunk! Would have been nice to stick a couple today. Noticed a lot of fish suspended in about 6 feet of water? Couldn't all be trout...

Fished c-rigs, jerks, jigs, jika's, spinnerbaits, cranks, t-rigs at everything and out to 15 feet, nada. Not a loss though as the time was well spent helping a nice young man launch his foray into bass fishing!! Enjoy the books and good luck down south!!

I know this year is still pretty slow, you always have nicer fish than me, so I don't feel as bad when I see your "1" rating reports.

Ha ha, nice! This year has been strangely slow?! I'm a little tired of it personally, c'mon bass play the game! I don't have a problem reporting skunk trips, it happens, I can still share conditions and temperatures for someone who may be heading that direction. They do get OLD though I will not lie.....keeps me fishing though, if it was always easy I would have quit years ago :)

At least I caught one/1 [1] uno yesterday. Only 1.60 but at least it was a LARGEMOUTH instead of a smallie. HaHaHa. :-)

Too many skunks this year to count. Ok, I have all my trips to the lake noted so I could count them if I wanted.
