WoW!!! What a crazy day!!! So glad I didnt see any smaller vessels on the water as the wind worked numbers on us. Raining with Constant 15-35mph wind, creating 3-5ft swells. Launched at 615am. I am still a little dizzy from the waves.. Despite constant attention to negotiating the waves, we did quite well!! A lot of multitasking going on as to not get thrown against the rocks or tip the boat with a gust of wind, or loose a fish while fighting to navigate. 12 caught, kept 5 for the smoker. 8 browns, 4bows, One big one lost, crossed lines and wrapped around the bow trolling moter. One hint would be to imitate a baby rainbow somehow and you will produce some good browns. Trolling long lines all day. Still looking for the mines area unless you guys are talking about the spot 1.5 miles from launch on east side, I havent located anything else,. Sure could use a hint anglirarchin.. you could send me a private message if you want.
