Howdy! Well, I thought if I showed up late then I'd miss the crowds at the launch, but nope! It took longer for everyone to launch than it did to limit out! Wow, it was great seeing everyone out there today though, the weather wasn't rainy, which was nice. We trolled on the surface and man, it was a lot of fun.

With the launch so crowded, we had to unhitch the trailer just to turn around. But everyone was friendly, so it wasn't terrible. WDFW was out filming for fish Washington, and got some great footage of the kids with their trout, and there were some holdovers caught, as well as a very large cutthroat.

All in all, it was a great day, and a lot of fun. With the nice weather coming, and the lakes open, I thought it might be a nice change of pace to offer some lake trips to you guys in my Pavati. I'll be fishing the Snohomish County lakes, Martha, Roesiger, Ballinger, Cassidy, Blackman's etc. so we're close to home and it's fun for the whole family. I know a lot of you guys have wanted to check out the Pavati, and this will give you the chance. $50 for an evening trip, $75 for the morning, and that will get you the boat, up to four people. It's a nice comfortable ride, plenty of room and plenty of fish, bring the kids and get some!
