4/30/2013 10:28:00 AMsb, I thought the same thing! Look much larger. Upon closer inspection, the head and tail are attached. That is 3 inches of extra length right there. The ones hanging outside the basket do look to be 12 or so.

4/30/2013 2:16:00 PMOh yeah, baker and shannon are famous for Kokanee. Those are the most abundant fish in the lakes. Baker and Shannon are basically connected, which is why they both share the same species, in this case, Kokanee. I've had great success at both, but more so at shannon if you're bank fishing.

5/7/2013 12:44:00 PMGreat to see some activity up there. Got skunked on three separate occaisions fishing there last year so I'm headed up saturday morning for some redemption. Never fished shannon before, but they are separated by a big dam and about 150 feet in elevation. Will definitely be posting after I get back.
