4/30/2013 10:53:00 PMBut! If anybody had issue with fishing carp unlicensed (as per regs) and even carp chumming, I'd have to load both barrels.
Carp are a nuisance fish that roots up the bottom and habitat of other fish, over populated, and nasty. That is why even the state doesn't care about a license, bow N arrow, chum, etc.-- Anyway, not meant to fire anybody up.

5/1/2013 10:37:00 AMNow to the issues: One I bought a license before fishing, as I stated in my post, and this was so just in case I caught something I wanted to keep I could, Two, you don’t need a license for carp, Three it is legal to chum in Lake Washington and Four, please no posts about corn killing trout as this rumor has been disproven by many university studies and just in case you are wondering why I am targeting Carp I am going to use it as bait for crayfish.
