I went to my uncles house on Loon to drop off my little boat for the summer & to maybe do a little bassin' if the lake wasn't too crowded. The wind was blowing alright, but there weren't as many people on the lake as I expected for opening day, so I decided to go out & see if I could get a couple Largemouth. As soon as I left the dock I saw a a father/son in a Bass boat catch a couple 16'' Largemouth so I stopped & started fishing there by Morgan Park. About 5 casts in I nailed this nice Largemouth close to 3 lbs, I think it was 2-14. About 30 minutes after getting my Bass fix for the day I headed in because the wind was getting crazy, I couldn't keep my boat going in a straight line, neither could the guys trolling. It was actually kind of funny watching everyone zig zagging around the lake.
